Both Frate and Happy Returns focus on reducing return-associated costs through optimized reverse logistics. Frate, powering the returns portal, first offers a suite of exchange-related features to help merchants retain more revenue than ever before, including personalized exchange recommendations and upsells. To reduce fraud and freight costs, Frate leverages their AI products, including image verification, to assess the condition of returns while they’re still in the consumers’ home, ensuring all items that are returned meet the merchant’s return policy.
